| The message behind our "You Design miamidade.gov" initiative is simple: the County's web portal is ownership of Miami-Dade's community. As such, it must be built with the active participation of the residents, visitors, businesses and employees of our County. Numerous online features are planned for and in progress, under the hands and minds of crafty and clever County information technology developers. These new services and features will, however, be imperfect and immature if they don't incorporate the feedback and design ideas, of you - their user and ultimate owner.
If you sign up to participate in our initiative, you will receive periodic invitations to either provide online feedback on the novel systems we are developing, or to take part in user feedback sessions and focus groups, that take place in Miami. Your involvement is entirely voluntary and non-obligatory! Consider the benefits - a better designed online world, that allows for a well-informed, e-empowered, and highly-convenienced Miami-Dade community. This cannot happen without the involvement of people like you!
